About the Product

The BLOCKsignalling BOD4-RLY is a compact infra-red train detector with a built-in relay, designed to detect trains or vehicles and trigger actions on your layout. It provides a simple and reliable way to automate signals, accessories, and animations, even in hidden areas such as tunnels.

When a train passes over the infra-red sensor, the module detects it and activates the relay. Once the train clears the sensor, the relay resets, with optional delay and timing features for more realistic operation. A range of built-in programs and adjustable settings allow the behavior to be tailored to suit different layouts and applications.
