SS2A DC Shuttle Controller with Acceleration and Speed Control

About the Product

The BLOCKsignalling SS2A is part of a new range of DC shuttle controllers with built-in acceleration and deceleration. It automatically operates a model train back and forth along a defined section of track, adding movement and interest to any model railway layout.

At each end of the line the train stops when it crosses an insulated track gap, cutting power to the locomotive. The module then reverses the track polarity, allowing the train to depart in the opposite direction. Waiting times can be adjusted between one second and ten minutes using a simple on-board control.

The SS2A also includes a built-in DC throttle, allowing the train speed to be set directly on the module and removing the need for a separate controller.
