About the Product

The BLOCKsignalling Replacement Infra-Red Sensor is designed for use with compatible BLOCKsignalling infra-red model railway controllers and train detection modules.

It is a direct replacement for the infra-red sensors supplied with compatible BLOCKsignalling products, making it ideal for replacing a damaged or faulty sensor without replacing the complete controller.

The sensor detects passing trains using reflected invisible infra-red light. These sensors are specifically selected for reliable model railway train detection, with good immunity to sunlight and minimal leakage of stray infra-red light to help prevent unwanted triggering.

Available individually or in packs of 2, 4 or 10 sensors, making it easy to purchase replacements for a single module or spares for multiple BLOCKsignalling products.
