About the Product

The BLOCKsignalling Simple Shuttle with Random Delays (SS1-R) is designed to automate a DC model train running backwards and forwards along a single length of track. It provides realistic end-to-end operation with automatically reversed track polarity and variable waiting times at each end of the line.

At each end of the track, an insulated rail gap stops the train until the module reverses the track current, allowing the locomotive to depart in the opposite direction. This version of the Simple Shuttle introduces randomized delays, adding more natural and varied operation to the layout.
